Julie was an incredible realtor. She knows the area, very well, listened to all of our requirements, and make sure to show us homes that fit all of our needs. We put her in a difficult position, asking for one day to see as many homes as possible, and she got us in to see many homes. She even accommodated two more showings the following day. Once we found a home we liked, she held our hand through the whole process until closing, and negotiated hard for us, to make sure that we were taken care of. If I ever plan to buy another home in the area, I would not hesitate to call Julie.

We have worked with Julie in the past to buy our home in Viera and now to sell it. She also helped my son’s family buy and sell their home in Suntree as well. She is not high pressure which what we particularly liked about working with her. Yet, she doesn’t give up and works hard to find a desirable home and close the deal! We would absolutely recommend her!

I’ve done events in some large rooms in NYC and thought I knew my stuff, however both buying and selling are two different animals. I was sometimes skeptical about the process, I am glad Julie was there to guild, instruct and sometimes sternly point out my train of thought had jumped the tracks some time along the process. When she says”sometimes you gotta just trust me” - it’s true, you gotta just trust she knows her stuff and is on your side. Thanks Julie for everything - best choice I’ve ever made.
